Halo organizes all content within Workspaces, which serve as top-level containers for managing, searching, sharing, and accessing information across the platform. Inside each Workspace, Collections group Lists, which contain saved work from Reports, Flows, or Models.
Tags and descriptions further enhance discoverability. You can tag Workspaces, Collections, Lists, and individual documents with keywords such as Region, Product Line, or KPI. Combined with powerful search tools, this metadata ensures that critical insights are easy to locate.
This structured, hierarchical approach consolidates content management, boosts efficiency, and keeps data logically organized in a single platform.
Granular Access Control
Halo provides full control over visibility and editing rights.
You can decide who can view or edit Reports, Models, Workspaces, and Lists, making it simple to distribute insights securely across the organization.
Access rights can be managed at multiple levels:
Workspace level to govern entire areas of content;
List level to control access to selection saved Reports, Flows or Articles.
This flexibility allows individual users and whole teams to share entire content collections or individual documents while maintaining strict edit permissions where needed.

Halo’s interactive View mode lets you explore reports and adjust parameters on the fly.
It is also ready to be used to showcase insights to a wider audience. In fullscreen mode, reports are displayed like dynamic slideshows while retaining full interactivity. Side panels stay hidden by default for an immersive experience but remain accessible when needed.
Presenters can:

For offline or external sharing, reports can still be exported instantly to PowerPoint or PDF.
